Mind's Eye Observatory (MEO) is a private observatory for

astronomy, satellites, and weather.

Identified by Site Code W42

Granted by the Minor Planet Center (MPC) in recognition of our adherence to International Astronomical Union (IAU) &

Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO) standards.

Established in 2019 and located adjacent to the

St. Sebastian River Preserve in Florida, U.S.A.

Principal Investigator: Terry Grage

MEO is a signatory to the

International Asteroid Warning Network (IAWN) &

an observer for the European Space Agency (ESA)

Imminent Impactor Warning Service (Meerkat) Asteroid Guard.

MEO's Near Earth Object Survey (MEONEOS) is an independent research program supporting planetary defense via tracking and reporting accurate astrometry & photometry of Near Earth Objects (NEOs), including newly discovered objects (NEOCPs) and Potentially Hazardous Asteroids (PHAs).

MEO also contributes to Space Situational Awareness (SSA) through the precise tracking of artificial satellites.

Dedicated to sharing data, knowledge and recording optical images that are scientifically rigorous of which accurate data can be extracted.

I like to call it "Fun with Photons"!

Thank You for sharing your time. I hope you enjoy your visit.

I am very proud to have the opportunity to share with you.

Stop back often as I add new images and news with the latest projects that the observatory is working on.

If people sat outside and looked at the stars each night

I bet they would live a lot differently
